Did You Know?

When interviewing PHP developers about typical web site vulnerabilities, most of them know about SQL Injections and Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). However, it really bugs me that many of them haven't heard of Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF).

List of simulators is back up

Big thanks to Torley Linden for pointing out that the SLStats Region Browser was down. Luckily this was a very short lived problem.

It looks like Linden Lab made some very minor changes to the Second Life web site, but enough to break the script SLStats uses to grab the list of simulators. A small adjustment and we're back in business. Second Life currently has 6353 Simulators. Amazing growth.
